Joseph Liu brings over 20 years of experience in language teaching. He holds a Master's Degree in English Literature and is a Certified Teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers.

Susan Shang also has over 20 years of experience in language teaching. She is a Certified Teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers, holds a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics, and has over 10 years of experience as an English assessment specialist.
